IOH’s founder Dr. Andreas designs your custom protocol informed by your personal health data that yields measurable results in just 12 weeks.

IOH clients directly engage with Dr. Andreas to facilitate your progress throughout your journey. However, this is high touch, high service program offers limited availability. Once his calendar is full of clients, you may be directed to waitlist.
At the end of Phase I of your program and depending on the package you choose; clients are expected to submit lab work that will measure the effectiveness of your AR Protocol internally. In other words, you won’t just look and feel better. You’ll be measurably healthier provided you give us an honest effort and execute your custom AR Protocol.

IOH operates as a direct pay provider and does not seek reimbursement from insurance companies. We do not provide procedure codes (CPT) or diagnostic codes (ICD-10).
Some clients have successfully submitted costs under an FSA or HSA, similar to a gym membership, but this depends on the terms and conditions of your individual provider.

No. We approach lab testing and results in a much more thorough manner compared to what is typically done during an annual check-up with a primary care physician (PCP), executive health specialist, or endocrinologist.
Additionally, we offer DNA Methylation testing to evaluate your biological age, chronic disease risk factors, and more. Our team designs a personalized lab panel based on your unique physiology, which is measured quarterly. This means we not only require more testing but also highly sensitive tests that provide detailed insights beyond what many labs can offer. In short, no. We focus on assessing your risk for disease, testing for deficiencies, and providing lifestyle recommendations to lower your risk. Essentially, we handle the aspects of health management that your primary care physician may not have the time to address beyond prescribing medication.
When faced with an auto-immune condition and low testosterone levels, Dr. Andreas chose not to rely on medications but instead took charge of his health by implementing the very practices now part of the AR Protocol. He did, however, ask his doctor to monitor him during his lifestyle modifications. We believe that ultimately, your health is your responsibility, not just your doctor's.
While many doctors may suggest otherwise, we encourage seeking a second opinion before accepting a treatment plan that may lead to pharmaceutical dependency. We currently only work with US-based residents. However, some of our lab services may not be available for certain states like NY, NJ and RI due to their state laws.
Although there is always some risk of injury—including from issues such as pre-existing conditions or even flawed workout techniques—IOH workouts are designed to achieve results from 30 minutes of highly manageable, low-risk, regular exercise.
No. IOH is a tele-wellness platform. For lab work, we have partnerships with phlebotomists who can even come to you to assist you in your home, office or even a hotel. Alternatively, you may also visit an affiliated nationwide patient service center for lab testing.
No, you don't need a gym membership to benefit from our program, although we're happy to tailor your routine for a gym if that's your preference. We offer three options for a personalized workout program:
1. Home Training: Simply send us a photo of your equipment or describe your setup, and we'll provide recommendations and design a program accordingly. You can use basic equipment like resistance bands or even your furniture.
2. Gym Membership: If you have a gym membership, let us know the name and location of your gym. We'll research the facility to understand the equipment available to you and tailor your program accordingly.
3. Hybrid Approach: For those who prefer a mix of gym and home workouts, we can design a hybrid program.
Your plan can be adjusted to fit your lifestyle, whether you're moving, traveling, staying in hotels, or prefer outdoor workouts. IOH adapts to your needs and circumstances.
We strive to tailor our approach to your lifestyle. However, we do not promote a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle due to the potential for nutritional deficiencies that may arise from following such a diet. If you are thriving and your lab results are satisfactory while following this lifestyle, we have no objections.
When clients encounter obstacles in their progress, including weight gain, Dr. Andreas will work with you to build a strategy to address the root causes, whether it’s related to lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, or any combination of these.

Ideally, IOH clients are 35+ year old males who are accustomed to exercise, but who are seeking a new approach to fitness and overall health. Absolutely. We can tailor your fitness routine based on changes in your lifestyle, including travel or even any physical discomfort or injury. Remember, DrAndreas still travels quite a bit and never loses site of his wellness/longevity goals. He spent two months living on the Las Vegas strip working for a client without gaining a pound. He knows how to balance life, travel, and work. We encourage you to discuss these issues and more on your Discovery Call.
No, there is no prior training experience required. It does not matter if you have never done resistance training in the past or even exercised before. We work with all different levels of experience and will develop a suitable plan for your needs.
Suppose you have never done any exercises before. In that case, our custom app will help you. It shows you videos step-by-step of how to do the exercises, so you have the proper form, technique and get educated on what each exercise is targeting.

Most of our clients due to being overweight (exclusions can apply) they, are experiencing these health issues. Before the official start of your AR Protocol, we will develop a plan that is going to balance your cholesterol levels and blood pressure based off our initial call and the initial lab testing. On our initial call, we will dive deep into the problem, and we will be able to tell you the actions we will take to solve these issues while under the supervision of your Primary Care Physician.
We specialize in helping clients with diabetes. We will design a plan that supports healthy blood sugar levels. Our goal is to make sure you control diabetes, and I can confidently tell you that we had clients that managed to reverse it. Obviously, it depends on which stage of diabetes you’re in and what type of diabetes you have.
On our initial call, we will explore your issues and begin the process of forming a plan supervised by your primary care physician.
