My mission is simple: far too many men are overweight, misdiagnosed, and overmedicated — and as a result, they’re dying far too young. And I don't want that to be you.

I am a board-certified chiropractic physician with advanced specialization in functional medicine, clinical nutrition, sports performance, metabolic health, and longevity, backed by 33+ years of clinical and coaching experience.

My background includes a B.S. in Health & Exercise Science from the University of Richmond and advanced clinical training in systems-based health optimization and root-cause analysis.

What makes my approach different is that it is built on both clinical expertise and lived experience.

I have personally overcome significant health challenges, including an autoimmune condition, metabolic dysfunction, and low testosterone — restoring my health naturally well into the second half of my own life.

As a 3-time Ironman triathlete, Master Men’s Physique competitor, competitive golfer, husband, father, and physician, I understand firsthand the demands placed on high-performing men who want their body, focus, and energy to match the life they have built.

At IOH, we do not manage symptoms in isolation.
