Berberine vs. Metformin: What’s the Smarter Choice for Metabolic Health?

Metformin has become almost synonymous with blood sugar regulation. It’s widely accepted—even celebrated—in conventional medicine as a “first-line” treatment for type 2 diabetes and prediabetes. Some even label it a longevity drug.

It’s easy to understand why.
